IN-HOUSE WORKSHOP: How To Deal With Separation Anxiety

  • Does the loss of or not having a particular person around leave you feeling anxious?

  • Is it hard to do things without a specific person or people in your life?

  • Do you often feel neglected?

 

In this workshop, you will learn how you CAN get in control of this situation.  

This will be an interactive workshop and I want to ensure everyone has the chance to ask their questions, so there will be LIMITED SPACES.
